Valpolicella DOC Classico: Wine made from Rondinella, Corvina and Corvinone grapes, organic since 2019, vinified in small cement barrels, with a delicate ruby colour and aromas of red fruits and spices, perfect with first courses, fresh cheeses and white meats.
Rubrum Caelum Sidereum: Wine made from Rondinella, Corvina and Corvinone grapes from vines between 8 and 40 years old, organic since 2019, vinified in cement casks with oak ageing, intense red colour and round taste with notes of cherry and berries, ideal with meat, mature cheeses and game.
Ayrton: Wine made from Rondinella, Corvina and Corvinone grapes from vines between 8 and 40 years old, organic from 2019, refined in cement and oak, intense ruby red colour with notes of cherry and jam, dedicated to Ayrton and perfect with red meats and strong dishes.
Lorena 980: Organic wine made from Müller Thurgau and Incrocio Manzoni grapes, young vines, vinified and aged in steel, yellow-green in colour with scents of currant, elderberry and chamomile, ideal with fish, shellfish and delicate dishes.

Valpolicella Superiore DOC Classico: Organic wine made from Rondinella, Corvina and Corvinone grapes, aged for one year in cement barrels, intense ruby colour and full-bodied flavour with notes of cherry, spices and tobacco, perfect with first courses, meat and game.
Valpolicella Amarone Classico DOCG: organic from 50 year-old vines, with Molinara, Rondinella, Corvinone and Corvina grapes, dried in fruttaio, fermented in cement and aged 4 years in barriques, bright ruby red colour and aromas of black cherry, ideal with game, roasts and mature cheeses.
