For over a century, our family has been carefully cultivating vines in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, handing down the secrets and love of the art of wine from generation to generation. Our DOC wines preserve the authentic flavour of tradition, while our IGT labels tell of our personal vision and innovation, always guided by passion and family roots.

  • Typical farm product:

    Seven labels that tell the story of the territory:

    • Valpolicella DOC Classico: Young wine from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, vinified traditionally, expressing the history of Valpolicella. Perfect for every occasion.

    • Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore: Round and mature wine from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, produced using the ripasso technique. Traditional and innovative, ideal to drink by the glass and with red meats.

    • Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico: Mature and complex wine from dried Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, aged for a long time in French oak. Elegant and persuasive, ideal with autumn dishes or for meditation.

    • Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Riserva: A masterpiece of tradition and passion, made from selected grapes and aged in French oak. Elegant and complex, ideal with Veronese dishes and as a meditation wine.

    • Paco IGT Rosso Veronese: Original wine made from dried and fresh grapes fermented together, aged in barriques. Surprising and suitable both for mescita and with red meats.

    • Castrum IGT Rosso Veronese: Castrum, inspired by Castelrotto Castle, is a round wine made from Corvina dried for 30 days, fermented and aged in wood. Complex and ideal for meditation, it pairs well with red meats.

    • Elio IGT Rosso Veronese: Wine made from selected Corvina and Merlot grapes dried for a long time in fruttaio. It expresses the Cottini family's passion and commitment to historic Valpolicella.

    • Scriba IGT Passito Veneto: An intense ruby red wine with aromas of ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is harmonious, fresh and well balanced, perfect with dry pastries and blue cheeses.

    • Lugana DOC: A straw-yellow wine with aromas of citrus fruits and exotic notes. On the palate it is warm, persistent and full of character. Ideal with fish, pasta and white meats.

    • Zore Spumante Brut Blanc de Noir: A fresh and delicate sparkling wine with fine perlage and citrus and fruity aromas. Obtained from Corvina grapes vinified in white using the Charmat method and harvested by hand.
  • Activities in the farm:

    Discover our family philosophy with an authentic experience between vineyards, cellar and glasses. During the tour we will guide you to the heart of Valpolicella Classica: you will get to know the Veronese Pergola up close, visit the drying loft, the cellar where the wine is made and the barrel cellar where it is aged.

    We will conclude with a guided tasting of our wines in a cosy and familiar atmosphere.
