In a traditional farmhouse on the edge of the ancient hamlet of Moniga del Garda, you can enjoy peace and relaxation on this scenic strip of land, amidst olive trees, vines and breathtaking views of the lake and the Sirmione Peninsula. The agriturismo is part of the farm of the same name, which has always been run by the Materossi family, and produces typical D.O.C. Garda wines (Chiaretto, Groppello, Riesling, Lugana...), spumantis and P.D.O. oil, available for guests to purchase on site.
The newly renovated farmhouse spans around 300 square metres, spread over two floors: on the ground floor you’ll find the communal areas (entrance hall, lounge with open fireplace, breakfast room and bathroom); upstairs there is a large study area, a loggia with scenic views and the three bedrooms, including a lake-view suite with direct access to the loggia, small entrance hall, bedroom with two large beds, bathroom and a suite for 4, with hallway, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
All rooms are stylishly furnished and independent, with air conditioning, TVs, free Wi-Fi and hairdryers. Private parking is available.
The agriturismo enjoys a peaceful location just a stone’s throw from the centre of Moniga del Garda. The ideal spot for getting up close with nature, playing sport, and discovering the region’s historical and cultural treasures: take a pleasant stroll around the lake, or why not explore by bicycle? 4 km takes you to Garda Golf, and just a few minutes away you’ll find Salò, Desenzano del Garda, Gardone Riviera (home to the Vittoriale hillside estate) and Sirmione (with its spa centre and Catullo Caves).
Brescia, Mantua and Verona are all close by, cities of art and events (A4 access is just 8 away), and you can also visit Gardaland and the Zoo Safari too.
