Soave motorway exit , towards Vicenza , not far from the charming Villanova Abbey, the “Locanda Colla” restaurant is a pleasant place to enjoy a relaxing break. The restaurant has three cozy rooms with fireplace and a garden with a large closed external veranda, heated in winter and conditioned in summer; The atmosphere with its fireplaces is magical and when darkness falls the lights spread between the centuries-old olive tree and the Japanese maple. Locanda Colla a place where sobriety, refinement, tradition and flair meet in the dishes prepared flawlessly by Chef Mimmo. The cuisine focuses on sea fish but it is also a cuisine rich in tradition and the territory, of which the freshest raw materials are the setting. We select only the best fish from our suppliers, among the dishes that can be tasted we recommend the crudités of the sea always fresh and refined to move on to the second courses with sea bass in salt, tuna steak with pistachios and mashed potatoes, turbot, all enriched by the presence of an excellent cellar that sees about 600 labels of local and international wines.
