In 2011 was completed the renovation of the cottage attached to the wine cellar, with the construction of two rooms and an apartment. A few kilometers from all the attractions of the "area of the parks of Garda" is located in the middle of the green countryside and built in compliance with the structure of the rustic late nineteenth century with the well for water inside the house, but with great functionality and excellent usability, so much so as to remain over the years over 9.5 of the scores of the main industry analysis. The whole structure is equipped with independent bathrooms, television, wi-fi, minibar, air conditioning and other comforts of today. An elegant farmhouse near Lake Garda surrounded by vineyards with B&B formula. It is structured on three floors: on the ground floor common area with the tasting room; on the first floor two independent double rooms, both equipped with bathroom, TV and air conditioning; on the second floor an apartment finely furnished and composed of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a bathroom, living room with kitchenette, with TV and air conditioning.

Outside the structure there is a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the silence and tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

You can visit the Vineyards and the Winery to taste and buy the excellent wines produced by Azienda Agricola Giovanna Tantini.

The farmhouse is in a great location to reach many points of interest, ten minutes from Lake Garda and several amusement parks: Gardaland, Canevaworld and Movieland. For those who love nature you can visit the nearby Safari Park, where you can find the forest animals, and the Sigurtà Park, where you can admire numerous varieties of plants and flowers. In twenty minutes you arrive in the city of Verona.
