Tasting
In addition to the possibility of staying in charming suites with exclusive services or spending a pleasant day at the K club, within the walls of Forte Benedek it is possible to participate in tastings of wines and oil produced on site as well as cold cuts and cheeses.
Our Wines
Our best wines are aged in the Austrian fortification with barrel vaults supported by uneven Prun’ stones.
The targeted selection of red grapes from our territory combined with careful vinification allow us to offer you this elegant sparkling wine. A fine perlage diffuses the delicate fruity notes. This soft and balanced taste is ideal to accompany happy hours, fish and pasta dishes.
Oil and Typical Products
Our oil is made only from the fruits of Bolega hill’s olive trees. The same hill overlooked by Forte Benedek.
Cold pressed, our oil enclose all the tradition and history of Garda area.

Our cheese is made, refined and seasoned inside the fortress.
The typical fortress temperature and moisture create the perfect environment to realise high quality dairy products.
