For four generations, the Zanotti family has passionately cultivated vineyards over thirty years old in Torbe di Negrar and San Pietro in Cariano. Following each stage with handcrafted care, we produce Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella and Recioto that express the unique character of the territory, with exclusively manual harvesting.
